Microsoft FrontPage Form-to-Email Conversion

These instructions explain how to make your form created in Microsoft FrontPage submit entries to you via email.

1. Create your form in FrontPage.

2. Right click on the form and select Form Properties.

3. When the Form Properties box appears, select Send to, and type your email address in the appropriate field. Type the name of your form (web page name) in the Form name field.

4. Click OK to continue.

5. When you see the message below, click No to save your email address in the form.

6. Use the FrontPage file transfer program to upload your web site so visitors can start using the form.
