CDW Berbee Wins Global Award for Best Practices in Managed Services

November 26, 2007 –CDW Berbee announced today it was named as the gold award recipient for the Best Practices in Managed Services Award, sponsored by Nimsoft, a leading IT performance and availability monitoring solution provider. The award winners for this worldwide program were selected independently by industry experts Forrester, Enterprise Management Association, MSP Alliance and Ziff Davis Enterprise Group.

The entries were judged independently by IT industry analyst Peter O’Neill of Forrester Research, Lisa Ericsson-Harris, research director of Enterprise Management Associates, Charles Weaver, president of the MSP Alliance and Mike Vizard, senior vice president and editorial director of Ziff Davis Media’s Enterprise Technology Group.

The Best Practices Program is a global awards initiative designed to acknowledge innovation and excellence amongst managed service providers. Applicants were evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts in the areas of innovative business strategies, values and ethics, and customer satisfaction in addition to cost-effectiveness in service delivery
