CDW Berbee Information Networks Corporation Announces Management Changes to Support Growth

CDW Berbee Information Networks Corporation (CDW Berbee) announced changes
to its management structure to better support its growth initiatives.
Paul S. Shain, current CDW Berbee President and board member has been
named Chief Executive Officer, taking over from company founder James
G. CDW Berbee, who will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors. Shain
has been with the company for over 5 years, and will continue to
be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the company,
across CDW Berbee's 11 branch offices in 6 Midwestern States. Shain is
a Madison native, earning both undergraduate and graduate degrees
from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Gregory L. Sliwicki has been named President of the company. Sliwicki
has been with the company for 7 years, spending the last 5 years
as Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining CDW Berbee, Sliwicki spent
14 years with IBM Corporation. Sliwicki will be responsible for
the continued expansion of CDW Berbee's technology solutions as well
as customer business growth in the markets they serve. Sliwicki
is a native of Wausau, WI, and earned his undergraduate degree
from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Sliwicki currently lives in Appleton, WI.

announced the promotions of Mike Sanders to Vice President - Central
Region, and Terry Swanson to Vice President - Northern Region. Both
Sanders and Swanson will be responsible for leading their regions
