InformaCast Desktop Agent

With CDW Berbee's InformaCast Desktop Agent component of InformaCast, any Windows 2000 and higher workstation can receive an audio and/or text broadcast simultaneous with Cisco phones. Users without a Cisco phone can still receive the message on their PC. This solution allows users to create recipient groups using subnet or regular expressions and to schedule messages to run at a preset time or on a recurring basis. It also allows users to configure the duration of a message, and/or choose to play it once or twice. InformaCast Desktop Agent also allows users to control broadcasts from a web interface on any IP phone.
